New mining giant.

Shareholders of Grupo Mexico approved on Monday the merger of their unit Southern Peru Copper (SPCC), with its head offices in Peru, with Minera Mexico (MM) which will form the second world mining company in terms of market capitalization and copper reserves, said analysts, at the time it will discover the value of the Mexican miner.We are talking about a new value for a company which price used to be zero and today, including its shares emission, it would be valued in US$ 9,000 M, said the vice president of the firm, Juan Rebolledo Gout.
