The Rev. Richard Corlett, accused of sodomizing young boys in his parish and his classroom, lived a double life for years, cloaking his sexual interest in youngsters from his wife and his own five children, authorities said Friday.
News of Corlett's arrest on the felony sex charges stunned many of his acquaintances and parishioners, with some saying they felt betrayed by his alleged conduct and others voicing sympathy for him.
